4th of July !!
Happy 4th to one and all ! God Bless League City, Texas and the United States of America. Here is a link to the History channel website that gives us some excellent background information. Today is a day for brisket, Apple pie, potato salad, baked beans and Blue bell homemade vanilla Ice Cream !

Thanks for the post Chris, now down to some serious business. Do you have a good recipe to cook a brisket? I cooked one yesterday and it came out really badly. Any help would be appreciated. Start from the begining so I dont miss any steps.

Thanks to the administrator for cleaning house! I might miss the sweethearts from Taiwan though.
