It is time to honor all
the veterans who have made sacrifices so that we may be a free nation. I thank them (both my parents were
WWII veterans) and appreciate the job they have and continue to do for our great nation.
For a little history and a fact sheet click here. In
our city the celebration will start at the sportsplex at 10 AM Guest speaker will be Andrew Daniel.

Thanks for the information Chris!
My dad was a Staff Sergeant in the US Army Air Corps and served in the Pacific theater in WWII and the Korean War.
More and more people attend this ceremony each year, but the pavillion is never full. I hope everyone who reads this will be there!
Also, please stay tuned for information on the Spring Golf Tournament that benefits Helping A Hero. This terrific group of volunteers helps wounded soldiers from Brook Army Medical Hospital in San Antonio and is a very worthy cause.
We can never do enough to thank our veterans!
To all you ass', such as bhl, your welcome. Fight for freedom. Althought I'm sure bhl doesn't like vet's, you know their stupid and all, (lower class type). Being that bhl is the prefect one of the group. Self- righteous bastard. From ph.
Actually, my father-in-law was a vet. Stormed the beach and took a bullet at Bulge. My great uncle was released from a German concentration camp by soldiers who are/were vets. I love vets. My son might grow up to be one as he's interested in a military career.
Glad to see you're admitting who you truly are. Not glad to see that you don't know Christ despite your association with St Mary's.
Dear fred j.,
Why don't you be a man and use your real name Charlie? Your rants would mean so much more. I guess if you did, it might hurt your wrecker bidness.
Careful,Tom, It seems "Freddie" is a whisper bopper (an individual that is constantly searching for a receptive ear in which to plant his seeds of discontent).
Maybe "Fred" should get a little R&R...
