Mandatory water Rationing.
Starting July 2,2009 all League City Residence and businesses are required to comply with a mandatory restriction on outside water usage. Read all the details at the League City website or The Galveston County Daily News.

Seriously though, it's amazing how many people don't use common sense when watering their lawns. I saw my neighbor this morning use one of those sprinklers that shoots high into the air.

WHY is League City the ONLY city in the greater Houston Metropolitan area to impose mandatory water rationing?
